I've done everything I could to pay off my bill. I try to talk to these people on the phone and they give me a hard time. I've told them to change my billing adress six times and I haven't recieved one bill at my new adress.

This has been going on for years and I can't stop them from messing up my credit report. I'm in the Navy and curently overseas fighting in the war against Sadam. I've tried to call them on the phone so I can finally finish my payments on the acount and all of a sudden my SSN has changed.

I need help!!!
