I had applied for a payday loan for $500 later the afternoon I received a call from a man named Ricky Jackson , said his company can make me a personal loan up to $10,000 and givet me 36 months to pay it

I expressed to him I only needed to borrow 5000 dollars he said ok $5000 will be $153 a month for 36 months which sounded really good to me at that time he said that I would need to pay one hundred and twenty dollars for insurance to cover the loan in case something happened and I could not make the payment. I told him I could not pay that until on the 3rd when I received my monthly check. so he said ok fine. on the 3rd of the month he called me 4 times wanting to know when I was going to send the money. when I finally did talk to him he tell me that I had to go to Walmart and do a MoneyGram express payment to them and that to call him when I was at Walmart. I told him I was in Walmart parking lot and I had the money gram form. so he gave me the information to put on the form. but the information was addressed to rush card live in Lawton New Jersey. he gave me an account number and then told me to put 1202 receive code 417

but remember originally he tell me his company was in Brooklyn New York. so why would I be sending a MoneyGram to Lawton New Jersey

after paying the $120 he said my 5000 dollar loan would be in that bank account within 20 minutes. so I waited till the next day. the money had never been in my account. I called him back he had me talk to a man named Ronnie Anderson. he tell me that since I had been delinquent medical bills on my credit that I needed to pay 2 months advance payment just in case I had a problem and I had to do an express MoneyGram and it was but $357 plus the fees to send a moneygram and I express to him no way that I had this kind of money, that from the beginning I was told we had to pay one hundred and twenty dollars for the insurance. this is a total rip off. they blowed up my phone for the next hour calling me and calling me wanting to reference number from where I sent the additional money. I probably will end up just blocking them from my phone because they wouldn't leave me alone. I didn't get the money that they promised and they only wanted more money from me. I don't think this is the way that loan companies work or that payday loan companies work. I know in Florida it is illegal and in many other states it is illegal for a company to ask for money up front in order to make you a loan.

so all I can say is beware when you apply for a payday loan  online  and you get phone calls back offering you a large amount of money for a longer amount of time to pay it back because it's a rip off scam. they only take your money and you never get the loan my promise to you

if you restart your local laws each state has a maximum amount of money that you can borrow in a payday loan for Florida the maximum amount is $500 at one time and you could only have one payday loan at a time. you cannot have multiple payday loans. so check your state statutes before you apply for your payday loans and beware of people calling you back and offering you a large amount of money. if you're going to borrow money go to a reputable company that you actually walk in and talk to a person in front of you instead of on the phone are filling out information on the internet because it only gets worse. it does other companies as well and then your flooded in your email with offers for money and then 9 out of 10 of them are scams
