I placed an order for a Nokia Li  rechargable battery in January 17th. Two Months later I have still not received the battery and have filed multiple complaints with the customer service division.

You can check it by the following tracking number and tracking site.   
tracking number: RS211043400NL, shipping method: Netherlands Post Registered, tracking site: http://www.postnl.post/, shipping date: January 19,2015 16:54:32 PM PST. Its standard delivery time is around 10-25 business days estimated by shipping company.

Your package status is “pre-adviced" online. Because your package is sent from China. Before arriving in Netherlands, its status is “pre-adviced”. The carrier company informs us that tracking information can be updated only the package arrives in Netherlands(a transfer station). So please wait a few more day to track the updated information till it arrives to Netherlands’ PostNL sorting center. It’s a policy from express company which is out of our control; hope you can understand it. We apologize if any inconvenience that may bring to you.  

Accompanying with peak shopping and shipping periods, the quantity of package is intensively increasing, so there have a little delay on delivery by corresponding customs' operations and express company. These are out of our control. Hope you understand. 

We understand your expect to receive your package soon. We promise that you will receive the item(s) you paid for. Please kindly wait.

What does that mean?
It's now the 18th of February and still no real info on the ETA! Can you cancel the order?

It do has a delay in updating the delivery information online. Thanks for your inform us about this. Due to the Chinese traditional Spring Festival ,the courier companies have been affected by the holidays too,therefore we have no access to track the package for you now, we will contact the courier companies to check your package once they back to work.

I just checked it do has delay in updating the delivery information online. 

Thanks for your inform us about this. Our Logistic Department has applied a claim for your package with the shipping company. They will trace your package in their system. As the check goes on, could you please taking more time on this? And please contact with us 7-10 business days later. 

Because we can only delivery information online like you but shipping company has their own system to check it. Only getting the result, we can take further actions with you based on the result. Hope you can understand.

We feel so sorry to hear that you haven’t received your package yet and apologize for the inconvenience bringing to you, even though we did ship out the products as your order. Since it has shipped out, so it can't cancel.

Sorry that we still haven’t got any result from shipping company. But we’d like to address this problem for you firstly without getting shipping company’s confirmation regarding long time passed. Maybe you will receive this first package in the future days. Please contact us to return if you receive it or refuse the parcel and let it return back to us.

Items Sub-total :3.02 USD - saving:0 USD + Insurance 0.00 USD + Shipping Costs :0 + tracking_number_price: 1.99=Grand Total:5.01 USD

We checked that you didn't pay shipping insurance. Though we do not need to take responsibility to bear any financial loss without any insurance paid by customers based on our policy and we don’t get any compensation from shipping company. We would like to offer you feasible proposal to share this risk with you.

1) If you need it, you can pay us 1.99 USD for a tracking number, then we send you them again.
2) We can refund you 2.5 USD deducting a part of the initial shipping cost. Because we paid the shipping cost for you to shipping company and we can’t get any compensation from them for this problem.

Please kindly tell us which one do you prefer to? Also, if you receive the parcel  in the future days, would like to return it or pay some money to us?

Do not believe these replies from GearBast. They have a reputation of not being honest in their replies.I recently purchased a watch from GearBest. The one that was sent was defective. Customer support is non-existent. I have submitted 3 tickets with all three being ignored. They keep asking me to send pictures. Send pictures of what? The watch does not work. Mind you this is a $10 watch and they won't take it back. I am glad I didn't buy a more expensive product to learn a lesson on where not to buy online. Stay away from these con artists. They will take your money and leave you hanging if you have a problem.
