Sucks..... GEICO-You still have the wrong vehicle on my claim. This will result in an incorrect car fax report for my other vehicle. Your "managers" don't care about your policy holders, only about how good they look to their bosses!
If you cared about your loyal customers, you wouldn't have to have a complaint site to get things done!

Policy holders are just numbers to you!
