DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF! I orded $250 worth of gems that were supposed to be morganites. When they arrived, they looked like glass. When I tried to return them, they instructed me to send it back and declare its value to be under $20 so they wouldn't have to pay customs tax. ***The first sign should have been to realize that no legitimate company would tell me that. My return was never processed and I was told was lost in the mail. Had I insured it for its full value, atleast I would have recourse. I should have never trusted them. Gemselect looks very professional and acts it, until you want your money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

We will refund immediately when return is received!

We shipped 1 black tourmaline and 2 pink morganite to this customer. All the gems have been certified as genuine.
The customer asked to return the gems and requested that we reserve two tourmaline for her instead. We authorized the return and received a note from the customer on April 25, 2009 that she had sent the return by registered mail from Illinois to our office in Thailand. She gave us the registered mail tracking number of (((Redacted)))
We have not yet received her return as of May 18, 2009. The US Postal Service website tracking information shows the package has not yet been delivered. We will issue an immediate refund once we receive the package and verify the gems have been returned in good condition.
