illegal loan practices online - LoanPoint USA and/or Geneva-Roth Ventures or whatever name they are using (they seem to have several names that are similar to above referenced) loanpointusa.com not honest, illegal fee practices, continue to illegally take out $ long after loan is paid off, I've closed one bank account, complained to BBB, FTC and State Attorney's Office, I've called, emailed and faxed LoanPoint USA also.

FYI - there is good info on debtconsolidationcare.com website regarding dealing with unlicensed payday lenders and LoanPoint USA is unlicensed and illegal. Do your research. I hope this helps someone as these guys are the lowest of the low preying on hurting people in financial distress. They must work for the devil himself.
