Geneva Roth - Loan Point USA,rip off, Salt Lake City Utah

I went to the store this morning to buy some formula and diapers for my son that is a few days shy of 1 month old, only to be declined when using my debit card. I found this confusing and really embarrassing since I'm usually right on top of my bank account.

Well I called my fiance at home and told her to get online and check our account and she told me that a company "Geneva Roth" took out $400. I didn't know who the h*ll that company was. So I went home and started making calls and since this happened today a Sunday there was no one to speak with.

I got on the phone with my bank and like most of you know could not do anything without a lengthy investigation. So it's the end of the month with a new baby in the house and I'm the only bread winner.......what to do? I have never recieved a payday loan from these people...

I looked and looked at every statement available from my bank and there was never a deposit of any loan in my account. So why out of the blue is there a ACH withdrawl for $400??? Good question huh?

Well from what i've read this company has a very long track record of this and I'm still not sure how my social security number was used but I will find out. This is nothing short of outrageous. I work my butt off to provide what little things we have as a small struggling family and then to have part of my living to be STOLEN from me and my family is just wrong!!!!

I will post a follow up to this ASAP. I'm really not sure what to do at this moment so if anyone has been put in this same situation please let me know so I can get this all taken care of as quick as possible.
