I waited more than a month for an appointment with this dentist. then when I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and signed in, I was told it would be just a few moments.

It is January in Michigan and They Don't Have HEAT. I sat in their UnHEATED Waiting Room for 50 minutes. then when taken back to a cubicle, I sat and waited another 15 minutes before a hygenist came to tell me that I'd be waiting a bit longer since the doctor was overworked. Huh ? 65 minutes and 2 months for What ?

Ask if your dentist is double booking and if they are, realize that they don't respect your time. Professionals should learn not to book 2 paitients in the same slot when there is only one doctor.

Dr Mita Patel herself, the dentist at this location told me that her patients had waited since 9am to see her for an appointment and they were still sitting there in the waiting room when I arrived at 1:50 for my 2:00 pm appointment. that says volumes.

there was a homeless man sitting and eating his lunch in the waiting room, as though he was a part of the office scenario. that in itself made me wonder what was happening here.

If you go here you won't be treated kindly, they lie about their wait times and the office is 40 degrees when it's 35 degrees outside. YES No Indoor Heat in a Dentist Office in the WInter in Detroit ON JEFFERSON FACING THE RIVER. Honesty counts and honestly this dentist office is not gentle on the nerves or schedule.

There is No Way This Dentist should be allowed to continue with this.
