GEO Holidays Sales tactics were all lies, no usable benefits in program, just giving money away. Las Vegas Nationwide

Aloha, On August 9, 2014 I had purchased a timeshare as a present for my husband's birthday. We weren't interested at first because GEO Holidays has no locations we were interested in ever visiting. At there last effort to make us buy they brought in another sales person formally from Hawaii. We were told that on RCI we could buy a week in Waikoloa, Hawaii for $199 and flights on Hawaiian Airlines to Vegas and from Hawaii for $218 roundtrip. Ben Torres sales person told us it's so easy, you go online and make your reservations. None of which is true.

First of all, it took them 3 months to setup the online account. When I finally got there the RCI function did not work. Another month goes by and several calls they finally fixed the problem. I go to look for these deals and none existed. At this point, I have called Reservations and Member Services over twenty times. Gave them several dates for them to find these deals with no luck. If the people working for the company can't find them, then how are consumer's to find them too. This has been a very fustrating experience. It's like having a car payment but no car. I told the representatives that I do not want something that does not benefit us. Why would we want to throw away money. I have six children and 2 grandbabies I can spend it on. When I tell them that I no longer want this, they either hang up the phone or say you haven't talked to me yet so let me help you. So now, I have talked to Erwin, Natasha, Crystal, Rochelle, Chris Johnson, Debbie and others that I did start writing their names because I didn't think to keep a log until I had all these problems.
