They don't tell the truth. They tell you your business needs help and if it does not get help you will be out of business.

They collect a bunch of data on your company. Most of it goes nowhere. One accountant spend 8 hours on my books and returned nothing of value to me.

They promise saving. Maybe one or two ideas. Nothing worth the money they are charging.

They attempted to go over the budget we both agreed on. I refused to pay it.

In the end I found out that quick books will return the same information.
