 Are you referring to my post?..What gift card? what are you talking about I am referring to a utility company...you may be in the wrong category..you don't receive gift cards or cards ..With GA power you just get high rates...

 They tell you the card is expired and no good. How does that qualify as a ripoff?? You had no reservation, you did not tell them you would be bringing a gift card, and you wish to stand on principle calling THEM arrogant? How does that work exactly?? Is it because they wouldnt eat atleast $50 in product because YOU brought in an expired gift card. I hate to tell you this, but the ONLY arrogant individual here is YOU.

You then contact the BBB and complain. When the BBB backs up the business, you proceed to turn around and make a FALSE RoR on them because they did not give you your way. Your behaviour is sickening. There is NO principle you can stand on. They couldnt honor your gift card thats all. YOU have escallated the situation because YOU got embarrassed bringing in an expired gift card. You do realize that this entire situation could have been avoided had you only taken one single step to protect yourself. You COULD have called them and verified the gift card was good. There is more often then not a contact number on the card itself. This number is used for such things as account balances. You did NOTHING to ensure the card was valid and you have made them out to be the bad guys when REALITY is that YOU are just a j****** trying to punish them for not honoring YOUR expired gift card.

So we have narrowed in on the TRUE reason for your reports, think you can be mature enough to accept that you are just being a d*** and move on? Probably not because you are that self entitled.
