GEOX GEOX Boots and shoes New boots crumbled soles at holiday party Nationwide

Here this is 2017 and I see 2011 posts on internet with same issues I’m dealing with. Soles cracked off my new boots, at holiday, out of town, party. Snowing, raining. Holiday weekend, everything closed and boots in pieces on host’s beautiful carpet. And I'm out of town with no shoes. Emails to Geox have gotten no response. All their pitiful forms filled out repeatedly. No phone number given on "contact us" in their "oh we love our customers, please contact us" web page . Wonderful customer care they tout is nonexistent. Erroneous. GEOX DOES NOT GIVE A FLYING FIG!!! And my boots were new and a gift!! 3 photos of the new boots but no sales slip. My husband never brings home sales slips, no matter what he buys. He loves GEOX and gifted me the beautiful metallic boots. GEOX replied to one of the complaint sites 5-6 years ago that told they never responded to please for help. GEOX replied that they never received the complaints. Well, my emails to them and their stupid forms have never been returned or bounced, I also emailed shopgeoxcustomercare@geox.com. Nada.
