Gerber Collision Gerber Collision: Culture of Lies: Stay Away! Nationwide

Had to bring fender bender Had to bring it back 3 times and still not fixed.  Parts fell out in a week.  Had to bring it somewhere else to get it fixed for an additional charge. Complained to corporate office a number of times and no response for months. They denied all wrong doing, even when I showed them pictures.

My biggest gripe is that from the top down there seems to be a culture of lying.  Even when there was no reason to lie, everyone I dealt with would say the crazieest untruths, like there so used to having to cover their lies that they just lie all the time.

I would stay away from this chain!
