Gerhard's is basically owned by scumbags. I'm sorry to put it in this offensive way. We bought $20,000 of appliances, AND had problems from day one.

1. Order took 5 times the number of weeks originally quoted.

2.$1,800 beverage cooler broke in second week. Basically junk. You're better off buying the college dorm model for 1/10th the price. Problem was never resolved.

3. Gerhard's installer tried to install a sub zero fridge alone over brand new hardwood floors, and gouged floor 1/4 deep in several places. Problem never resolved.

4. Gerhard's installer installed the dishwasher with about 8 feet of drainage hose, making proper drainage impossible. Problem never resolved.

5. They are the most arrogant, unprofessional, bush league "business" people in town. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GERHARTS, OR YOU'LL LIVE TO REGRET IT!
