First off - plenty of companies don't necessarily pay for training. And as you stated, GMHV DOES pay you for training - if you pass a simple test to prove you can retain relatively simple knowledge relayed to you. If you can't learn from our training, you're not the type of sales person we need.

Secondly, we ARE an insides sales company - we need aggressive closers - and educated sales people - if you wanna sell to real estate agents, you gotta know the biz - that's why training tends to be intense.

As for making a certain amount in sales or being let go - sorry, that's most hard core sales positions. You can't be in sales if you don't MAKE sales. And we've always been willing to help, coach, and motivate anyone who wants extra help. Our sales people that work hard get PAID hard too.

Sorry if the position wasn't for you, but just because a certain type of job did not work out for you, doesn't mean it's a sucky position, it just means it wasn't for YOU.
