I did in fact order this service to earn credits in a game I play on my phone. I intentionally canceled the membership within the time frame given. The customer service agents are always extremely nice but when you try to cancel, they try to offer you more of their services and even offer to extend their services for free. If this was a service I needed that would be okay.

This began 7 months ago. Ever since then they have constantly tried to charge my account for $39.90. Not just once a month but multiple times a month: even after I canceled the membership. I ended up trying to block them from making charges but they simply change their name in the description to bypass the stop payment I placed on my account. They have only been able to successfully charge my account twice but that's 2 times too many.

Also, the web address provided on your bank account isn't a real web address. I had to google the company in order to really contact them. I have ended making around $250 in stop payment fees for all of the different names. This company needs to be sued and shut down. They are a total scam out to steal people's money. Follow your elder's advice and never use your debit card online unless you have too. 

Something else I found strange was the fact that the guy I talked to today told me that my account was still in good standing and that I still had access to their services until the end of this month. How can that be? They haven't been able to get any money from me for 5 months now. 

Seven months into this and I am still trying to fight this company who assures you that there will be no more charges but don't take their word for it.
