GFW*3GLDSCR.COM clickyourscores trial period cancelation scam

I was billed $39.90 for a service I did not wish to continue after the trial period.

Attempting to contact the service to cancel per the trial guidelines, I ran into voicemail after voicemail after voicemail and never was able to speak to a live person for help. According to the company website, you must cancel by phone.

Midnight on August 1, 2018, I am billed $39.90 for the use of the service through August. I call again. Voicemail again. The voicemail stated that I could call to cancel at 9:00 am EST. So I do just that. The person i spoke with was very confrontational. The account was canceled. However, I was not reimbursed my payment.

The operator told me that when a transaction is complete that's it. I asked for a proration. I was denied. I said "So basically you're charging me $39.90 for 9 hours of service that I have been trying to cancel for a week?" I was told that once the payment is collected, the company will not prorate or refund. I hung up at this point.
