I saw an advertisement on the Howard Stern Show for college spring break videos. I went to girlsgonewild.com and ordered them. This month I received another charge from them. I called their customer service number (323-965-8710) and was told that it was a subscription service and that it said so plainly on their opening page. I can't find that anywhere. Anyway, I told them to cancel me and then I informed them that were listed on ripoffreport.com and other ripoff sites. She laughed and said, "Sir, we're not concerned about that." Their website is registered to:

I too have gone through this same problem after ordering Girls gone wild videos. I now have four videoes and I asked only for the introductory video that I too saw while wathching Howard Stern.After a phone call to G.G.W., and a letter of request to terminate my account ,the videos still kept coming. I then sent them a letter (certified) telling them to please stop sending videos and also told them that their videos were not even that great,, mostly just mammary flashing. However, I did tell them that Ericka is totally HOT. I'm sure all of you with these videos would certainly agree to that !! After I sent that letter the videos stopped coming. You can also tell your credit card co. to stop payment on that account. My problem was solved after recieving four videos.. Good Luck!!!
