After signing on with GHS Solutions out of desperation during the economy recession I felt a sense of relief that I had taken the proper steps to meet my debt obligations. Now 15 months later I have had a summons served on me to appear in court next week regarding one of the accounts GHS Solutions was handling for me.When I notified them that I had received the summons they emailed me a list of things to do and told me to call in 48 hours to speak with an arbitraitor. When I called back I was disconnected twice and sent to voicemail 3 times. I still have not spoken with anyone at GHS and don't know what to do about the summons except show up! Over the weekend I received a letter from them stating that they would continue to deduct the monthly $209.00 from my account but that they could not offer any legal advice or assist me with the summons. I have put a stop payment on my account and now I am left dealing with $18000.00 of credit card debt that they have falsely told me they are taking care of. I am paying them monthly and so far every payment collected since 12/1/2009 has gone toward a service fee! Here I sit with no extra money to try to settle my debts because I have relied on GHS and was totally lied to from the beginning. I have since negotiated all of the debts except the one I received the summons for and I am trying to get released from GHS and their stealing claws so that this credit card company will talk to me and allow me to make an arrangement. I will lose over $1500.00 dollars to GHS but I guess that is their scam and how they stay in business. With all the complaints and other garbage I have seen regarding this company I cannot believe something cannot be done to stop them. Their program may work for people with several small debts but is a total rip off for a person with larger debts and will cause them a lot of grief and suffering if they trust them to help. I am a fool for using their service and will end up even deeper in debt by wasting the last 15 months paying them to do nothing for me. I can't afford a lawyer and I will be going to court next week with a lot of paperwork that shows I was very stupid and spent 15 months paying GHS to do absolutely nothing for me.Talk about easy money!Wish me luck at court,I have never been to court in all my 56 years except to get my marriage license! I hope I survive the stress!

Really

$18000.00 of credit card debt and you think paying someone else $209.00 a month would be ok and make that bill go away?

What is the intrest rate on that credit card that $209 would be the minimum monthly payment on $18,000?

You paid $209 a month, not even the minimum on an $18,000 card for 15 months and blaim everyone else?

Have you cut up the card and learned to not use cards?

Enough already!

I am very sorry your son is injured.  That said, ENOUGH ALREADY!!!  We have a civil court system - USE IT IF YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE A CASE.

You would have to agree with me that if a soldier is killed at a facility like Skydive Temple that clearly demonstrates a propensity for safety violations and the like,

Not at all!  The facts leading up to the death are what matters.

a Soldiers family is running the real risk of being deprived of insurance benefits and a life is lost needlessly.

And THIS I believe is the crux of the matter.  I remember when I was hospitalized for 3 days due to 2nd degree sunburn when I was stationed at Biloxi AFB (1973)-the AF determined that my injuries were self inflicted.  I went fishing in the bay all day wearing nothing but a small pair of shorts.

The AF picked up the tab for my hospitalization and medical treatment BUT the three days were considered "bad time" and my enlistment was involuntarily extended 3 days because of this incident.  Also, annotations were placed in my medical records to indicate that any subsequent problems caused by this severe sunburn would NOT be considered military service related injury or disability.

I suspect that the Army is treating this skydiving accident as "self inflicted" in a similar manner.

It's unfortunate, but it is what it is.

Skydiving accidents at skydive temple

AUTHOR: Shawn - (254) 291-4696 - (USA)

The fact that Wendy Faulkner has a DWI conviction and the fact that other members of Skydive Temple engage in meth usage are subject to their own conscious. When my son put his faith in the integrity of this place, it became my business.
The public places trust in this place and simply put, they should not.

Incidentally, another skydive jumper got caught up in the power lines last weekend. That's (8) accidents of a serious nature in (1) year.

Call me crazy, but I feel like this place needs to be shut down!
