GHS Solutions Not worth the trouble Delray Beach Florida

Long story short, my wife and I got with this company because of getting into a financial bind like many people. We were given a very flowery presentation of what this company would be doing for us. So far they have fallen far short of anything they have told us so far.
Our first problem was when we sent a Power of Attorney. This was for an account under my wife's maiden name. The person in arbitration who is working on our case told us to fax this over and he would take care of our first creditor. Four days went by and he said he had not found the POA in the system.

After some back and forth question/answer I suggested that he look under my wife's maiden name. He had been looking under her married name to this point. His response? "That's a good idea." I couldn't believe it!!!! I was doing his job for him!!! This was the first of TWO instances that this happened. I had sent another item which was under her MAIDEN name. It took yet another 4 days to get THIS one right!!!

Not only this, but the settlement he arrived at with the first creditor came to over $2000 MORE than we owed them to begin with!!! He states that down the road "when we have more money in our account accrued" that they will be in a position to try to get it settled for less. Of course, this statement is made with the disclaimer that they can't guarantee anything...... With the lack of service to this point, I am not holding my breath for good things with this company.
