Gibson Trust Inc mistreated and ripped off Pompano Beach Florida

I started with Gibson Trust in January of 2001. At first they were very helpful, when I would call I was always able to talk to somebody. After I signed the contract, I noticed that when I called about a problem I wasn't able to get through right away, I would be on hold for 10 minutes to an hour.

It was always the same problem. Why are the creditors not getting their money on time? That was my biggest complaint. Gibson Trust always had a different reason why.

After I would talk to them, things would straighten out for a couple months and then the creditors wouldn't be getting their money on time or not at all.

We were paying $1248.00 a month, that's a lot of money, Gibson Trust was taking it automaticly from my checking account. So I couldn't understand why the payments were late all the time. I kept track, and according to my records they are two months behind.

Before we signed up with Gibson Trust, we had excellent credit. We paid our bills on time. But with three teenagers we were not getting anywhere, so we asked for help, Gibson said they could help us. What a joke.
