Gibson Trust Inc ripoff consumer fraud ripoff Pompano Beach Florida

I joined this company in January 2002 and at that time my crediting rating was 676 and no late payments. I told them I wanted to consolidate my debit being that I just moved from another state and was trying to get better control of my credit card debit.

I had not been late in over 8-9 years on anything. They assured me this would not effect my credit and payments would be made on time. To my surprise I sent my first payment to them in January.
My creditors never recieved there first payment until March. So from the start I was 60 days late.

After talking with them about this they told me something about aging my account and it would raise my credit score back up and all this would be taking care of. Which was a total lie.

Recently I've been trying to contact them with no success just keep getting recordings and e-mails back that won't go through.
I have a cashiers check that I sent on Nov 12th and I don't know what to do about this. Any advise would be appreciated.

I've left a message after hours on ext 243 which they say is Robert Gotool. No response back though. I'm at a lose at this time. I sent a certified letter to them however I not confident I will even get a response. Again any advise on this would also be appreciated.

I feel as though I've been raped, Companies like this must be stopped and held accountable for ruining families live.
I'm all for suing this company and making them accountable for the financial hardships and anguish that they have cause all of us.
