Here is some good news, talked with Broward County Court house individuals can go on line and download a proof of claim form with instruction and then mail it with the supporting documentation to the Broward County Courthouse.

go to www.flsb.uscourts.gov

click on local rules and forms it is a downloadable document this will give you the appropriate form to fill out to file a claim against Gibson Trust Inc. Hope this helps
