Giftedlilones Barbara Roche Took my money without sending product Internet

 I ordered 2 items, a jacket & a pair of jeans from giftedlilones in October 2016. After constantly emailing this company I finally recieved the jacket by the end of December 2016. On the sipping info with that package it said both items were sent but I was still missing the jeans. After emailing and getting nothing but auto responses, the owner finally said they were behind & needed more time because everything was custom made. By the third week of January 2017 I emailed again and she said she would be sending them out to me by Friday. (Which was 3 days away) I never recieved them & it is now February. I emailed her 5 more times asking for a refund for the jeans & no answer, not even an auto response. So she basically took my money lied to me about sending them and then blocked me from emailing her. On her auto responses she writes she won't tolerate cyber bullying of her company or accusations of scam and will block that Person. In all reality her company is a scam and she is a thief & liar. You don't talk to to people buying your merchandise like that & wouldn't you want to reassure that person you were legit & not a scam? I have contacted my bank & will be taking back the full amount & also notified them that this is a fraud company. Do not buy from her, she will take your money, lie to you and Rip you off and then not answer you. She uses the excuse that she is busy and everything is handmade.
