Gigmasters.com says that they only take 5 percent, minimun 20 dollars. The problem is 30 percent of there jobs are less then 200 hundred dollars, so that means they are taking 20 percent , not 5. They also claim to have sent out 90 million dollars on their user page. Not to forget the 250 you pay to belong for one year. About that page that list all the t.v jobs, guess what gigmasters you are acting as a talent agent, and last I LOOKED YOU ARE NOT.Not in CA, or Ct. . Speaking of CA you also say on the net that CA, orders more costume characters then all the other states. Now how do you do this with trademark laws. Also out of a page in CA of your business half were not licensed, that is alot of under ground business . How do you get away with this, it looks like everyone is being ripped off, the people you send out and your clients.This is just my opinion.I beleive there are alot of laws being broken best I can tell.

In order to be a agent you have to follow the laws yourself.All the trademark, and illegal business, and underground economy voids this out. Agents are responsible , even if gigmasters says they are not. So what are you an internet directory, or a booking agent,this is not clear in your work.
