FOX 6 investigative reporter John Mattes first broke the story how Girls Gone Wild was marketing videos for only $9.99 consumers found the company tacking on huge fees. Thousands of consumers called it a rip-off on ripoffreport. After our story aired an attorney sued calling it deceptive advertising. Video part 1 Video part 2

Poor fool that I am, I was convinced by my teenage son to order him these three trashy vidoeos advertised on late night tv for 9.99 plus 4.00 shipping. After this garbage came I discovered they billed my visa for $24.98, then within a few weeks they already had did it again, and then an unsolicited trashy video arrived. So, they got me for almost $50. I immediately cancelled my credit card after that, this is the only way to stop these predators.

Further, I noticed an unsolicited computer training course arrived, I refused delivery on it, so far it looks like they were't able to charge me for that. This company, GGW, swears they don't share their list with others companies, but they computer course arrived under the very same mispelled name that GGW was using to rip me off with their rubbish.

I have sent all their crap back via USPS which they must sign for, at a cost of $10.00 to me, and am going through the dispute process through my bank. All this costs me time and trouble to do, they know most people won't do this but just eat it. If anyone has anything to do with them cancel your card they are billing you on immediately, and call your bank and start the disputing process, they will tell you how to do it. If you don't return their merchandise and start the process in 60 days you are screwed permanently.

With all these complaints here we need a clever lawyer that wants to do a class action lawsuit against these clowns, I can't understand why VISA lets them keep using their cards to bill people and why the State of CA lets them operate. I called the Attorney Generals Office there, and they chuckled and said GOOD LUCK!
