girlsdateforfree.  Ok, here is my experience. 

Lots of profiles and beautiful people on there.  This is a personals site.  BUT, I found many of the profiles to be phony. 

Numerous times I found members to have misrepresented themselves as living in America when in fact they live in Africa.  These members usually post a picture of a Caucasian man or woman but in fact are African. 

I met one girl who was white with blonde hair - because the chat interface was so problematic we decided to move to Yahoo messenger; there I found the woman had her picture posted and she was an African (black) girl. 

In many cases I suspected that contacts, flirts, etc. were being done by the site admins.  Many had no info. in thri profiles.  Some may just be call girls, etc.  But regardless, it is a mess.

Also, be aware that this site is not based in America.  They have a a U.S. area code number that automatically transfers you to their customer service center in the Phillipines.  I was told by customer service that not even the main company is in the Phillipines, but is based in the UK.  What a screwy set up. 

Do not waste your time or money on this site because you will drive yourself crazy trying to figure out who is real and who is not.  Instead, I recommend okaycupid, eharmony, or match.com. 

The other option is just forget on line dating.  Meet people through friends and by going out to good places - though that has never been very easy for me I am going to work on it - because I am losing trust in the online dating culture. 

BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU GIVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY TO.
