Gladstone Brown is a liar and has stolen $8000+ from me as well. He insisted that my money was being used to pay for appraisals and inspections that never occurred. Repeated attempts to contact him regarding resolution of these matters has ended the same way each time. Gladstone says he'll take certain actions and nothing is ever done. The local FBI office took my statement as well as the statements of all parties involved and referred me to ic3.gov to file a complaint online. The best thing for us to do is get together and file a civil suit against this lying, no good, grifter and send a message to others to beware of him. Please do not do business with this man! And please visit the FBI's website to file a complaint against this man so that they will have to investgate his "business practices."

"What happen to honoring the terms of a contract"

Ben
My question for you is "what happen to honoring the terms of a contract" In your statement you
stated that I refused to refund you monies as stated in the written contract sign between me and you it clearly states the you would receive a credit. You have been afford a number of opportunities to take advantage of that credit, also its ok to speck about a issue that you feel may have not went the way you wanted to but tell the whole story not bits and pieces you have fail to talk about you inability to qualify for a loan and need special financing or that you did have a down payment and that the seller's escrow agent was very uncooperative; also you make no mention of the FBI findings or that of Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Ben I welcome your law suite so that the record can be set straight it seems the Internet has become an important social media tool, empowering people to speak their minds whenever, however and wherever they want through blogging, chat rooms, video sharing and other tools. Its in these online forums like Ripoff Report, where people are free to voice their complaints and grievances against businesses and persons they feel have wronged them in some way. Whether complaints are justified or not, weather that information is correct or not I was taught at a early age that there are three sides to a story yours, mines and the truth. My contact information is the same as it appears on all contract and other correspondence.
