Glamour Shots rip off, un satisfied with photos Santa Ana California

as i was walking in the mall an employee from glamour shots convinced me to take photos with my daughters and stated that the prices were $29.99 per sheet that inclused make up and hair and clothes. well as my dauther were being prepared i was already done i had my one make up and hair done. they only gave us clothes to change then started taking photos.

I was never explained that you have to pay extra to get glamour shots, any person would think there glaomur shots they will come out beutiful, but NO whe they were done an employee showed us all the photos on the cumpoter and told me id you like the all the price would be aproximetly $3,900.00 for all poses, i was very supried with the fee.

then he said but if you want then touched up so you can see ant scares or acne it will be in additional fee per sheet at aproxoximetly $2,000.00 more i was very upset because i understanding was that you are already getting beutiful pictures when they say glaoumor shots and the fee of $39.99 per sheet, you would think thats a professional fee. Well they didn'y explain to me i was ready to walk out the store when this employee started giving me better prices so he said well after all i ended up buying $350.00 worth of pictures and he agreed to make 3 of them get the enhanment done so you couldn't see any scares.

2 weeks later i go pick up my pictures i'm given my pictures and they are not good they didn't say as they did the quality of pictures i got, I could of gone to Sears and for $40.00 I would of receied that same. I was very disaponted and the said because the employee didn'y put on receipt that they had to inhast 3 of them they were not going to do it. If i wanted then to be inhanst i had to pay and additional $400.00. The store manager and general manager were very rude and un professional neither one was willing to help or to discuss this matter with me as to keeping the customer happy.
