12/28/2017 Upon reviewing my bank account statement for my debit card, I found a charge for $99.98 from a vendor 8555845699easycomego.

The bank has no other information to give me about the vendor.

12/29/2017 I called the #(855)886-5374 Customer Service Agent, Donna, to let her know that I never received the watch. I was under the impression that I had 2 weeks to inspect the merchandise before I was billed for any membership. She stated that the 2 week timeframe began on the date of the order, not when I received it.  I tried several times to tell her that I never got the watch. She said her records indicate that the package was delivered on 12/20/2017.  I am requesting a refund of the $99.98. She offered me another piece of jewelry, but no refund. I declined on the grounds of not wanting to continue this conversation and asked for a supervisor.

Supervisor, Shawn, was very kind and definitely used his customer service skills to help me. He could not explain the policy regarding charging for a membership with the company when the customer has not had the chance to evaluate the merchandise or the policy. I explained that I have not received the watch. He went over my account and stated that it shows the merchandise was not left at the house and was probably at my local post office. I never received a slip telling me to come get the package. I just assumed that with the Holidays might have delayed deliverey. I just made a purchase that came from China and it took 24 days to get to California, so I was not alarmed that the watch took time to arrive.

The supervisor has agreed to refund the $99.98 once I get the watch and return it to them. I will use tracking system and follow up with him accordingly.

I have reviewed many of the reports and complaints with this company. If this report helps just one customer not to get involved with these people, then it will be mysaving Grace. Buyers Beware of  offers that want to giive you something for free. Same goes for Trials and Samples. Don't waaste your time and hard earnd money. Amazon should also investigate and prosecute/
