Glass Masters installed (maybe didn't) 2 clips to put drivers side glass back on track. It rattles now and moves when I shut door or hit bumps in road. It sounds like it could break glass. When I went to have it fixed again I was told it could be fixed fo$75.

After I said I wouldn't pay. I was then told it couldn't be fixed so the glass doesn't rattle because my 1987 S-10 is to old. Do you think that old show cars that are restored and sold for $100,000's or more have glass that rattle and still get sold for that much money?

I have a one year warranty that's worthless. I paid $72.11 to have it fixed right and it's not. All moulding on door is good.It never rattled before. I believe when glass came off track it damaged clips. Maybe they didn't replace or only replaced one and other one if damaged is reason glass rattles.

Police were called to have me removed from there property. Because I said "I'm not leaving until it's fixed."The manager was making up stuff saying I was Irrate and throwing stuff(?). LIES. Just wanted out of place because I wouldn't give them $75 more. And I said I would let people know that Glass Masters doesn't honor warranties(at least not mine).

When I told the guy you installed the clips, that It wasn't right. He said "How do you know I did install them. Either he didn't install any or he's saying he wasn't the guy who worked on it. He was the guy who drove my truck in(twice)& out(twice). Maybe he's a valet(joke).

Because I was having a front windshield put in. And also fix drivers glass. When it was finished the first time.I asked the manager if both were fixed. And was told YES.

I went to my truck and rolled down window and it was off track still. So I had to wait another hour for it to be pulled back in to be fixed. It didn't take long after it was pulled back in. Which also makes me think clips might not have been replaced.

Also there was a girl there with her young son and her mother. She said her appointment time was the same time mine was. The manager was telling her it was an hour later. I believe here appointment was the same time. And if she had arrived before me Glass Masters would have told me my appointment was one hour later.

THANK YOU
