Global City Financial Lottery Award Winnings Toronto, Ontario

I came home to find in my mail an envelope with my name and address on it, no return address and a stamp from Canada.  When I opened it the first thing that caught my eye was the check inside.  The amount was for 3,950.00 dollars to pay for the U.S. taxes in an e-lottery drawing.  I didn't remember entering any kind of lottery.  So, first I searched the name of the bank on the check.  It was real.  I actually started to get excited.  Then I searched the name on the letter, Global City Finance.  That was when I came to the reports on this site.  I am really glad that I searched first before going to my bank and depositing the check.  My father always told me if it is too good to be true, it usually is.
