They called me in March of 2002 said I could get an unsecured credit card with a max limit of $2500.00. I had applied to some online credit card companies and thought they got my name through them. I said sure, gave them my bank info and of course never got the card or any info.

When I called the ACH processor they referred me to Global and said they could do nothing about it. Global went out of business. I sent them a demand letter requesting a refund or legal action would be filed. They got the letter, I have the receipt but no refund. so now I have to file a law suite in Georgia I guess.
