 Be aware of what your getting into before using this company. They make you think they will help you with your bills such as your mortgage if you are waiting on a lawsuit. I was rear ended in a smart car and have back, neck and head injuries including herniated disks. They gave me a whopping $500.00 and when they wire the money YOU will have to pay the fee of about $40.00 which is deducted from your wire transfer. They make you think they will help you in another 45 days but thats untrue. They stated if I had a "settlement offer" they might be able to help (this is after I waited the 45 days and called them back). I am still in treatment therefore an offer is not available as in any lawsuit and they know this. Bottom line is they give you the $500.00, the payback to them is between $800 and $2000 depending on how long it takes to get paid back and your out of luck on anything else. It is a definate rip off especially in my time of great need. I would be very leery of these people. Now I know why all the states are outlawing these people. I will be filing a BBB complaint.
