This company is another internet scam!!! Don't believe the lies they tell about fast shipping. The ONLY thing they do fast is charge your credit card.

If you can even get through to customer service (some lady with a kid crying in the background)they tell you your purchase was shipped, but they don't have a parcel number. What kind of a d**kweed ships USPS insured (so they claim) and dosen't keep the tracking number?

Nothing but a scam job. Please avoid this company at all costs. If you just HAVE to try their products, make sure you use a credit card so you can recover your $'s after they rip you off too.

I spoke with Brian (webmaster) and he was VERY HELPFUL. I found him to be exceptionally polite, professssional, and reasonable. He quickly researched my problem and promised to reship my purchase.

I'm the 1% - I e-mailed several times with no response until I filed a report on this site.

I've filed a seperate report on this company, but I felt I should comment here. I ordered from this company on 10/13 and my CC was charged on 10/14.

I e-mailed several times with no response until I filed a report on this site. Then I rec'd an e-mail stating "Your product was shipped within 48 hours...". I've yet to receive said order, and have had my CC company investigate this transaction.

Maybe I'll e-mail derek directly, since he's gung-h*o about customer service at GLE.

Hello,

My name is Derek, I am the customer service manager for GLE inc. I am reading over these reports, and 99% of them have already been handled, and the items delivered. It is apparent that after a lost mail order item is reshipped and delivered, and confirmed with tracking, that not one single customer takes the time to indicate so on any report or complaint. If you have ANY problems with the non receipt of items, it is very, VERY possible your address info was not correct, the post office lost the package, the post office attempted delivery but did not leave you a signature required slip, or your order was held for fraud verification and we never heard back from you. Many times customers will mistype an address, etc... mistakes happen, but our company would prefer EVERY customer be a HAPPY CUSTOMER! My direct email address, is derek@herbal-smoke-shop.com I am the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER. My job is to give CUSTOMER SERVICE. If anyone has ANY outstanding problems, lost orders, etc, you are more than welcome to email me with the following info, so that I can properly assist you. Please send your name, order #, date of purchase, and method of payment, along with the description of your problem, so that I can help you. Every person on these reports I could find already has tracked and delivered packages. Perhaps they listed a complaint before they reached my company. Regardless, it is Global Life Enhancements FULL INTENTION and COMPANY MISSION to provide excellent service to all of our customers. Please understand shipments outside the US are subject to the customs laws of that particular country, and as stated on our website, it is up to the customer to read these laws before purchasing. Any items lost or non delivered because of postal or any other error, we are HAPPY to help our customers. Rather than post problems, please contact me direct so that I can make sure you are one of our hundreds of thousands of happy customers. Also, I would like to make it known that our company has served WELL OVER 200,000 customers. Our complaints I have viewed add up to about 20. Of them, I could not find a single person who's order was not delivered. 10 problems in 100,000 customers is a great ratio, but I would rather it be 0 problems in 100,000 customers, because that is my job, to make customers happy :) Please contact me if you have any problems with any purchases not received by global life enhancements inc.
