During the summer of 2005 (I no longer have the exact date) a friend and I split the cost of an order totaling about $65. I paid using my credit card and had the items shipped to my friend's house which is where I am now living. 2 weeks went by and there was no package. So I sent e-mail after e-mail with no response. I tried calling only to receive a recorded message saying to leave a phone number for someone to call me back. I left a message three times, but no one called back. After all the attempts of contacting them I finally gave up. I have since lost all e-mail and order confirmations and have no real way to prove that I paid for the items.

Only recently did I find out about this website, and I wish I would have found out about it much earlier. After a friend told me about it I browsed around and found Global Life Enhancements in the list and read through the many reports which were similair to mine. Though it is probably impossible for me to receive the items that I paid for, I would still like to write a report to add to this company's bad reputation.

I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing anything from Herbal Smoke Shop to spend their money elsewhere as there are many other online stores with very good reputations offering the same products at a much lower price.

I also have sent Derek an e-mail directly, twice. I also sent two "Shipping Lost and Recovery" forms on the herbalsmokeshop website (http://www.herbalsmokeshop.com/loss-recovery.html) I will try calling the other number that is floating around in these reports, but I doubt that will get me anywhere...

Derek's Lies - Dont bother doing business with a corrupt company like this; they will just take your money and make excuses why you didnt get our order.

I have attepmted to contact Derek, the so called "customer service manager" 4 times now and have not recieve a single response! I'm starting to think that his rubuttals are more of a PR move then actual truth. My original order was sent back in June 2005 (which i didnt recieve) and he has done nothing to help me out. I cant even get a response from him to let me know whats going on. Dont bother doing business with a corrupt company like this; they will just take your money and make excuses why you didnt get our order.

If you have ANY problems with ANY purchase from our company, all you have to do is contact me. There is a lost package claim form on our website that you can fill out, or contact me direct at derek@herbalsmokeshops.com or call me direct at 866-437-2748. We had a problem with the us postal service stealing packages and started using fedex on dec 1 05.
