I called Global Moving Solutions weeks ago to set up a date to move me.  I should have known something was up when I called and most of the time it just went to an answering machine and no one ever called back.  

So this morning ,7-21-2010, I am expecting the moving van to show up at 10 am.  At 10:15 I called and spoke to a man who said he was Adam and would call me back and find out what was going on.  Finally at 11 am I called and a man named Michael, whom I have spoken to a couple of times, said he would find out what is going on and call me back.  Well it's now 4:28 pm and no phone from him or anyone else!

I am so fed up with this company.  I've never used a moving company before, but I did find someone else who is recommended by the BBB.  They will be here tomorrow at 9-9:30 and I can only hope they show up.

I have no clue why this company would deal with customers this way, but I find it totally disgusting.

Please stay away from this company!
