A link on my FACEBOOK homepage inadvertently directed me to this SLIM BALL of a website. Their Slim pill offer of $3.97 (for S&H only) sounded too good to be true. I subscribed to their offer least believing that I was trapped into a one hell off a con job of this millenium. It was only after I had received my credit card statement did I realised that i was tricked into been charged for items that I had never place on order for. Imagine my astonishment when I saw a charge of $303.61 been levied on my card account against a non-existent transaction. Repeated telephonic calls and emails to their support help desk have gone unanswered and I am planning to initiate a legal proceeding aganst the promoters of this scam. I am a Human Rights Activist and activism rums in my blood, I feel sorry for those before me who fell into this quagmire unfortunately, for JOSH BEZONI and his ilk they have met their nemesis in me and I am not going to rest till I extract my pound of flesh. And believe me when it comes to extracting I am no less then the legendary SHYLOCK. You can check that with few multi-national institutions who have borne brunt of my angst. All the best to Bezoni & Co. their days are numbered.

In reviewing your account it appears that when ordering the 21-day trial offer for our product the upgrade option was selected. After you completed entering in the order information on the initial order page we presented an offer to upgrade your order to buy 6 get 6 bottles for free. This offer is presented with the option to decline the offer by clicking the no thanks button, or by accepting the offer by clicking yes add to my order. The options presented are made as clear as possible they can either be accepted or declined. All of the up-sells that are presented are in the same fashioneither they can be accepted or declined. A dispute has already been made by you with your credit card company which would no longer allow us to assist you with your account. The up-sell offers are presented as an attempt to offer discounted prices on additional products that we carry--our customers can choose to either decline or accept these offers.

Thank you,
Supervisor
