this program is a complete rip off i ordered this on the interent for 49.00 i believe and i never recieved anything from

the company all i recieved was a phone call from someone saying they would send me the package and never recieved

anything from them i notified the company asking for a refund with in 5 dys and still have not recieved anything yet.

my advice is do not order this softwear for it is just something to take your money and they will not reimburse you.

I was not only foolish enough to order the training package the first time (last year), but May 13th, I did the same thing and my experience has been identical!  They (the persons involved in this Rip-Off) are not only difficult to deal with, but in my opinion are irresponsible, in that they refuse to reply to your letters, phone calls, etc.  

I paid the $9.95 for the shipping, I considered reasonable and I don't remember just how, but I also paid for a training package in the amount of $49.95.  To date I have not received my refund for this package, which has been well over (2) weeks and I am right now in the process of going to my bank to file a DISPUTE.   Thank goodness, I used my Master Charge, which protects me from these kind of "sleezy & disceptive" practices.  

This company may be legitment, as they have been around for quite some time now, but unless you are a "gung-h*o" MLM'r, my advise is don't touch them with a 10 foot pole!

 The packs are 299.00, 171.76, and 83.21 She told me it was a marketing tool that taught you step by step how to build a client base and market the companies products. She also said it takes work to be successful. She also made me feel really confident in the company and put no pressure on me at all. She explaimed each package to me. This woman really sounded like she wanted to help me. And wjen I hung up the phone I felt I had gained a friend and business partner. We talked about many of the products being marketed and how the product its self has help her and family. I don't kmow what other people expect, but the woman I talked to explained everything in detail.

Look, sir, you are obviously a very intelligent human being, and have no interest in getting into a debate with you anytime soon. But, I have to say, that about 2 weeks ago, I was presented with this Business Opportunity. I paid for the "training pack" (information pack really). Except I proceeded with the program (against my skeptical nature), and recieved my first shipment of product to try and give out to friends, family, co-workers, etc. Along with that, I've recieved 2 professionally designed websites. All I had to do, was purchase just one of the domains. The other was provided, though you are still able to change the domain "handle".

For instance, mine is:http://whatyourbodyneeds.vemma.com  and I paid 0 for this site. The other site, http://yourbusinessblessing.com, I paid 30 bucks for a whole year and they host both sites. Your are given login info to the GPS and Vemma back offices, and are given plenty of, step by step, easy to understand, training. I truly feel blessed to have come accross this opportunity. So, once you have gotten past the whole 9.95 info pack, there is SO much more to this than ever imagined. You just have to KEEP GOING! If this is a legit company they would want to return the $39.95 to people who "misunderstood" the 14 day free trial. If there program was sooo good, they would not need to make money off of desperate people who are in a financial hardship in the first place. If this company is not a scam then should not act like a scam company. If they can not resolve issues with good customer service then something has to be wrong with this picture. Buyer beware!

Bill, Your Post in defense of GPS is understandable, as I believe that nobody wants to feel they are associated with unethical and unprofessional people or companies that use deceptive methods to operate. however, your feelings notwithstanding, you are absolutely incorrect on each one of the 7 points you listed, which only goes to indicate your own lack of knowledge about the business you are engaged in and who you are affiliated with. so when you call others "too stupid" as in your point number 7, you only expose your own stupidity. There is an old axiom "Put brain in gear before engaging mouth"... Allow me to extrapolate and provide substance to the validity of my admonishment to you.

1.you say the $39.95 is not charged unless a prospect chooses "NOT" to sign up with our organization. Wow! What a "creative" business model. May Supermarkets and clothing stores and heck all businesses should charge potential customers a fee if they "DON'T" buy anything from the store! And while we are on this point, why don't I send you a bill (no pun intended) because you have not chosen to become a patient at my clinic. I'll expect your $39.95 by the end of the week, ok Bill? In addition, when I paid the $9.95 for the FedEx information pack, there was nothing about any return instructions provided...and Bill, I am one of those people who read every word before making a decision. Regarding the refund, your claim that "Failure to do so will result in our losing our business." is either an outright lie by you or your lack of intelligence to realize that there are hundreds, if not thousands of people who have legitmate complaints about not receiving a refund...and you haven't lost your business. Thus it is Prima Facia evidence that your claim is false on its face.

2.  You claim that the $9.95 pays for the FedEx shipping, "just as the website indicates." Bill, not everyone signs up on the same website. Your ignorance of this astonishes me. Personally, I paid for the package on a different site that had nothing of what you claim is indicated on the website. And if your position is to pass the buck by claiming that there are other unscrupulous affiliate marketers who are the real scammers, you are ignoring or at least whitewashing the fact that any reputable and professionally operated business has an ethical if not a legal responsibility to monitor who their affiliates re and how they are advertising theirt product or opportunity.

Once again, the website i signed up on had no such statement that is was a "BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY", it was promoted as a work at home "JOB" that could be performed part-time or full-time, as in a part-time job to supplement your income or full-time job as your main source of income. Your claim that "only an idiot would think they can get any business for free" is itself an idiotic statement. Nobody on any of the complaints has started that they got anything or thought they would get anyrthing "FOR FREE"; that's the point of the compalint, they have paid money for something that they reviewed and decided they did not want and now the company is charging them anyway. There is nothing "FREE' here. It is fraudulent claims like yours that idiots attempt to lend credibility to and use to bolster their own indefensible position. And just to dsprove your claim that you can't get into business for free (financially, because everyone knows you have to invest some amount of time) You can go to projectpayday.com/go/5755565 and sign up for free, complete the offers for free and make money within the first 24 hrs., and have it deposited into your Paypal account. I know because i personally did it and it is now part of the portfolio of programs that I mentor others to use. This can be built into a 5-figure  month income with absolutely no financial investment,...only the time you have to put in to accomplish it.

4. It does not matter what type of company GPS is... whether it is a "business management tool"...a network marketing organization...a retail store or whatever. If it is affiliated with an unethical, deceptive business operation, then it is "fruit of a poison tree"...  GPS is the business located in Omaha Nebraska that the "Starter Pack" is shipped from and they are the entity who is billing people for unauthorized, frudulent charges on their bank cards. This is who you are affiliated with and so you and your company, independent contractor or otherwise, are part and parcel of the same unethical group. Whether you admit it or not is entirely irrelevant.

5. Nobody made any claim about "Your" telephone number. You are using a common relevance fallacy known in the study of Logic as the "Strawman", which is premised on a distortion of the other party's position. Nobody has taken the position that your number is invalid, but this is how you frame your argument that they are incorrect in their statement. Like another Logical fallacy known as "red herring" which was used by you above in number 4. You used it to refer to something that misleads or distracts from the relevant or important issue, which is GPS making fraudulent charges...not what GPS is (a business management tool). A "Red Herring" may be either a logical fallacy or a literary device that leads readers or characters towards a false conclusion.You have used it as both in  your attempt to persuade. A red herring might be intentionally used, such as in mystery fiction or as part of a rhetorical strategy (e.g. in politics), in your case it was used during argumentation as a result of poor logic. Unlike the red herring you used in number 4 above, the strawman is a seemingly plausible, though ultimately irrelevant, diversionary tactic.

6. Your claim that Cathy B's comment is a total LIE is absurd. First of all, you have no personal knowledge...zero...zip-nada-zilch... of what Cathy B was told or read in any material supplied to her in emails from sponsor's or other sources. Thus, you have no standing to make any valid evaluation of the veracity of her claim or not. You are just grabbing at straws in an attempt, once again, to defend an indefensible position. Your "opinion" of her comment is strictly PFA (Plucked From Air). Secondly, I myself was told by my "Potential" sponsor that "The Company" had several plans available in various price ranges and one of them was indeed a $350 plan. Now whether or not the company has such a plan or not is, once again, a "red herring". The issue is not whetrher the company has a $350 plan; the issue is that Cathy B says that is what happened and neither you nor I or anyone else who was not involved and has personal knowledge of the facts, can make any valid claim as to the veracity of her comment...except an idiot who would conceive of someone constructing such a convoluted and time-consuming strategy to perpetrate a "false claim" just to get a mere $39.95.

7. Here is where you really shine through with your stupidity Bill. In your first sentence you admit that you have no knowledge of what brochure she is referring to. Then you go on to plug-in your own document that you want to use as "proof" that she is "Stupid". Then, and this one really reveals your own lack of credibility and willingness to accept unethical business practices, you say, "Do you really think a generic brochure is going to have a real phone number?" What you are inferring is that companies that produce generic brochures (and there are thousands of companies who do this) don't put "real" phone numbers on them...they put bogus phone numbers on them. i don't know ofd any reputable business person who thinks like this Bill...the way you do, and I am extremely grateful that I don't.

An "Affiliate" by definition is affiliated with the company, product or service thety are promoting Bill. Otherwise they would not be marketing it because there wouold be no commission in it for them, and Affiliate Marketers operate by making commissions. So anyone marketing GPS does in fact have a relationship with GPS and they are getting paid for that marketing. I have 157 websites and am an affiliate of many companies. Not a single ad or offer of any kind is on any of my websites if I am not getting some type of commission for every purchase, referral, sign-up, or contact information I provide to those companies. So your rhetoric may fool some of the "Newbies' who read it, but I want them to know  that you are "full of it"... you only like to vent your anger for some of your own personal incompetencies, impotencies, or unresolved childhood issues. Hello I too went for the 9.95 and now I am worried to because I did not do my home work on them. 

I'm currently helping my 77 year old father try to stop the ongoing $29.99 charges from GPS and get the several charges they've debited returned.  The first "receptionist" almost immediately upon answering the phone asked if I was calling about a refund, as though she was expecting that.  She also told me that I couldn't speak directly with the "appropriate department", she'd forward them the information, and that they'd call me that day.

The next day another "receptionist" informed me that of course noone called me, they don't take or make calls.  I did get an email asking what the account/Vemma ID number was.  We have no idea - didn't even know there was an account!

The next day I got on the phone with a representative from the bank issuing the credit, who called GPS with me on 3-way, still no access to the "appropriate department".

How is that GPS debits a card for which there is no record of an account?  They supposedly have no record by debit transactin number, email address, phone number, or physical address.

I find this extremely suspicious and am concerned that it may be indicative of dubious, predatory, or potentially even fraudulent activity on the part of GPS.  

Company is indeed a rip off! We gave them the 9.95 for a dvd that really was a sales pitch. When my wife got it, that same day she emaild and asked not to be bothered anymore. They still kept calling multiple times per day. Each time they contacted us, they left different phone numbers. I called back 1 of the nos, the voice that answered was exactly the same left on our answering machine and the person who answered denied any existence. In any case, they were told we were not interested. The next day, they debited the account that was used to pay the 9.95 for bogus disc in the amount of 83.29. Then the next day we get an email to expect a pkg from vemma even though we told them we didnt want it   a few days days later a pkg arrived and we refused to accept it and instead called the state police and told them about these people debitting our account. Calls directly to each person that contacted us were never returned, Beware! Once they get your card info, they do it all very quickly and mul[tiple unauthorized charges!. The state pokice came, took copies of all emails to and from these shysters, took the package and told us they will be investigating and told us that online actions resulting in this situation  is going to be further dealt with by the FBI. All you people posting rebuttal to complaints are really affiliates of this scam program. Works like this: Affiliate marketer puts up ads, you buy info disc. the marketer then starts calling you trying to get you to buy silver, gold, platinum or diamnd " Upgrades" which each level will make you money per month. But what is those upgrades? In reality they are  products from Vemma Nutrition.  But guess what, the marketeer marks up the prices of the "upgrades" Also Vemma products are veery very very expensive, not a product for the avg person, a product for very rich people. and you can get similiar energy drinks, etc at your local dollar tree store for a buck a pop! Anywaym Global Pro system/vemma will take your money and force products onto youy even when you cancel. Apecial Agent "Joe" of the FBI has informed us that there exists thousands un top of thousands of complaints about this company and have been collectibg info on them for several years?Vemma aka HerBal life  What a scam. give us three thousand dollars for diamond upgrade and you will have the right to try and sell the products that very few would be willing to pay such ridiculpis prices for. Do not give your info, not even the 9.95 for sales pitch disc, they will drain your bank account. I call on anyone and everyone whom has been a victin to this company to get in touch. The more names I have, the stronger a case can be to eventually put these people where they belong: OUT OF BUSINESS AND IN JAIL.

When you went to www.incomeathome.com you were interested in looking into a business online.  The web site made it very clear that by entering your credit card info you were comitting to a $9.95 shipping charge for the information.   You could have chosen not to enter that information.  Had you scrolled to the bottom of the site and clicked on the link clearly shown you would have seen not only the company they are in business with, but a detailed list of the chances of making anything.  I agree it is more a promotional DVD and booklet, than a "training pack."   But if you listen to about any commercial on radio you find they are pretty much all done in the same format.  Testimonials about the product or process is how it's done.  I'm hoping you had the good sense to send it back withing the 14 day time period.  If not you deserve what you got.

I am an independent distributor for a company who uses GPS for marketing and business management.  There are several falsehoods in the report I must address:
1. The $39.95 is not charged unless a prospect chooses not to sign up with our organization.  We MUST provide the return instructions and even if a prospect mails the package back 30+ days late we MUST refund the $39.95 (assuming we were able to charge it in the first place).  Failure to do so will result in us losing our business.  
2. The $9.95 pays for the FedEx shipping, just as the web site indicates (if people would simply read the website they would know this).  Additionally this $9.95 separates those who are really interested from those who are just window shopping.  Sorry, but I don't have the time to answer 100 questions for everyone looking for a business for nothing.  
3.  The web site clearly states that this is a BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, not a JOB.  It is absolutely true that you should never have to pay for a job, however only an idiot would think they can get any business for free.  You would not believe how many people think they can get into business for themselves for free.
4.  GPS is a business management tool...it is not the company we are independent distributors for.  It provides prospect management plus the training new distributors need in a step-by-step approach.
5.  The phone number I give out is 100% valid, in fact it rings both my cell and house phone.  I am ALWAYS reachable by my prospects.
6.  Cathy B's comment is a total LIE.  First, we don't have ANY plan that costs $350,  If you become a distributor then the package is yours to keep without ever being billed the $39.95.  I wonder if she is a competitor filing a false claim.

The TRUE Scams are affiliate marketers like "Mike's Profit Plan", "Partnering with Paul", "Friends of Paul", Partners with Paul" (Paul really gets around).  These marketers WHO HAVE NO RELATIONSHIP WITH GPS are the ones who use deceptive marketing to make people think that for only $9.95 they will get everything they need to let them start a 6-figure income business.  I ALWAYS ask my prospects where they learned of our website...if from one of the affiliates then I know what to expect (someone who wants everything for nothing).

 As a rule I would never respond to these types of things, but it bothers me that people are just not telling the truth. The people filing scam reports are people who just don't take responsibility for their own actions. Everything is clear and simple and because they do not do what they are suppose to, they say it's a scam! JennB is another example of somebody who didn't read the information, which is on the front page of the order form. The $9.95 is for shipping and goes directly to FedEx for the overnight shipping charges. This money doesn't go to the company or anybody in the company. To try to say that the $9.95 was charged to your account without authorization is just a lie! You ordered the package, you filled out your credit card number, address, phone number etc. on the information page to have the training package sent to you overnight, so there is no scam JennB? You are the one trying to scam if you are trying not to pay the $9.95 shipping fee, shame on you for steeling money.  You agreed to the terms, if the business isn't for you no problem, but don't try to make it sound like it's the companies fault, when it's yours! If you did what you were suppose to do and sent the package back within the 14 day free trial, then you would not have been charged the $39.95. We are not in business to give you free stuff. "Sylvia" says this program isn't a scam buy the phone # for her business rings and has no voice mail. The email address for "Sylvia's" business goes through John Lindberg. Who would have a legitimate business that does not attach their own name to?

Everything about this "business" is shady. I know "Sylvia" is an older lady (over 50) but she should still know right from wrong. I also returned my dvd and was asked for it weeks later or I would be charged 39.99. Not sure why my packet was not received, but I sent it to the address "Sylvia" emailed to me. I also blocked any charges from this company from my credit card.

Maureen, It's really odd that you would post a scam report before anything even happened. Of course they are not going to charge you $299.00 on a credit card number that you never gave them it can't be done! And further more, if you are not interested in the business, it's no problem, it's not for everybody. As far as the 39.95, just send the package back within the 14 day free trial. It's that simple. 

Sounds to me like you happened to get hold of a jerk that plays games.   I've been with Global Pro for some time now and have no complaints about them.   Unfortunately leads are at the mercy of "the luck of the draw".   My mentor has been nothing but instructive, helpful, and right there for me when I needed her.   I think I got lucky in the draw.   When we first start out we are nervous as you would have been if you'd gotten someone who was serious about helping people as I am.   Our nervousness comes out in many ways, and our mentors are there to help, but we need to make the initial contact because we got you as a prospect also by "the luck of the draw".   So I don't think it fair to call the total organization a scam because you got one jerk and gave up because of him.

You are being dishonest with your post. And you should be ashamed of yourself for misleading people. If you think for one minute that I believe that after Glen called you and you called him right back, that he had all of his phones disconnected just so he can keep your $39.95, to use your words "come on"! If he is still advertising on the radio as you said, you heard him on the radio this morning. Then he is still in business!  If any Brand Partner is engaging in bad business practices, it's not right, and without a doubt it should be reported to the company. But it doesn't mean that the whole company is a scam! There are many of us who run our businesses very professionally, and for you to lump everybody together and to blame them for a bad experience you had is just not right. This obviously was not for you, but it doesn't mean that you should slander GPS. With the number of independent business owners within this company, you are bound to run into a ruff one every now and then. Hey all we are trying to do here is show people how to build their own successful online internet business. It's nice to have a small business creator these days, so why would you want to destroy that? We already have too many in our government trying to do that now!

Glenn was not "nervous", he would not answer my questions, he hung up.  His phone numbers were bogus - they would either ring forever, go to a voicemail message that would not take a message, or would give a fast busy tone.  One of the phone numbers listed in the brochure was 000-0000 - come on!!! 

Yes, this is a complete scam.  I heard the website advertised on the radio again - in fact it is advertised on a radio station in the North Texas area - WBAP.

My name is Silvia Lingenberg and on Thursday 2/7/13 Jennifer Brown, JennB123 file a complant on me because she thought she was scammed.  This is a lady who just is angry, mad and threaten me in emails.  Because she order a traning package and wants to be paid back for shipping that our company does even collect the $9.95 it goes to Fed Ex

I have been involved with this company for 7 months. I run into an occasional person like this who never reads what they sign up for. It is not a rip off! He just didn't read the terms which are right there on the front page of the sign up information. No money is made on the shipping fee which is $9.95, to have the package sent out over night FedEx. It totally explains that if you do not return the package within 14 days you will be charge the $39.95 for the package. It cost a lot of money to put a glossy beautiful brochure plus a DVD together, so we trust you that you will hold up your end of the deal and return the info. pack, and when you don't, you are suppose to pay for it, very simple. Glenn may have been new and a littler nervous when he called you, but it really isn't a conspiracy. We fill out tax forms and other documents, so we are real people building real businesses through GPS, and Vemma. This kind of person always wants to blame somebody else for their inadequacies. This is an amazing company, and and amazing opportunity. Is it for everybody, of course not, but if it isn't for you, pull up your big boy panties and just do what you agreed to do. Send the package back!  Vemma and GPS has no intention of ripping anybody off. Really!!!!!!

I was looking on the internet for legit work from home jobs, clicked on this company do to it stating "It was free"  I ordered my kit from them and was told it would be $9.95 for the shipping.  After this time I received the packet and watched the training dvd which was junk.  Had meeting with my Trainer/Mentor and was told I would be charged $39.95 to the training material.  I stated to "Liliana that I was not interested and would be returning this packet to them at address listed "16443 North 91st street Ste C102, Scottsdale AZ 85260"
At that time she tried to sell me more and it would only cost me $350.00 dollars.
  Unbeleivable!!  I told her.  Don't bother and proceeded to let her know how unproffessional this company is.  Trying to draw in people claiming it's free!!
  Even though I sent the information packet back they still took out the $39.95 out of my checking account.

This business, Global Pro System is a huge scam. It is simple in the method of asking for your 9.99 upfront. I just do not understand why they would even want the packet that they mail to you returned. This scam cost me 9.99 and an additional headache of having to report them to my credit card company. 

Please try to spread the word about this company fast. It is a Simple Scam and is easy to fall into the trap.
