Nowhere in their information online does it state that you will get back only $29.95 if you decide not to join.

They also do not actual send a physical 'kit', which is supposed to include a DVD.

So, you cannot send anything back if you cancel.

When a charge is disputed, they create a 'Summary Page' to send to your financial institution.

On this page they mention that the customer will be charged $49.95.

Here they also list "detailed terms & conditions", which state that the refund is only $29.95.
