Global Promotions Wone $250,000 enclosed check for $4450 to pay Taxes of $3400 via Western Union Grande Prairie Alberta

I received a letter and check in the mail stating that I won $250,000 and that the check for $4,450 was to cover the taxes that I would have to pay. I was to contact the Claims Agent Jessica Anderson at 778-317-5117 to begin the "claims process". Then I was to deposit the check for $4450 into my bank account and then western union or Money Gram $3,400 dollars via to Annette Ramirez 3783 Mountainside Rd. Grande Prairie, AB Canada. The check looks very legit and has watermarks and everything. I was skeptical about this mail that I received in a plain envelope with no return address?? So I tried to find out if there was a Pavillion Bank on Preston Rd. in Dallas, TX and who was Hexter-Fair Title Company that was writing the check. This is a very detailed scam they have concocted as there is really a Pavillion Bank in Dallas TX but different address and there really is a company in Dallas TX named Hexter Fair Title Company, there is a real estate agent that I could find with the name Annette Ramirez. Some unknowing person could seriously get taken for a ride because it does appear to be a legit check. The drawing was held on Sept 15th 2007 and they are just notifying me now that I won $250,000....why did they wait so long!! Just kidding. I hope this prevents people from falling for this scam.
