GLOBAL RESOURCE & FINANCE CO DEPOSIT IN MY ACCOUNT KENT Washington

I received a letter in the mail with just my name on it. So accourse i opened it to find out what it was. The letter said that i was a declared winner of de-lotto north american sweepstakes lottery. On shoppers promotion held on jan-16 2009 in the 2nd category. That i was entitled to $125,000 US dollars from prize money of 4 million US dollars shared between 32 winners & that i was ramdomly selected from 500,000 names. There was a check in with the letter for the amount of $4,875 which the letter stated this check was deducted from my winnings to pay for GOVERMENT TAXES on my BIG winnings because of the insurance bond policy coverage on my winnings so it sounded kind of fishy to me. The letter also stated that i should keep this info confidential until my claim went through. So i called the # that was on the letter that came with the check to find out more about it the person that i spoke with i could not understand what they had said after they asked for the claim # so i called back & told the person that i could not understand them the person cleared up & said after i deposit the check in my account to call back. So i called the bank that had it's name on the check to asked them if they new anything about the check they said that they could not give out info about the check & that i should go to my bank to find out more about. I could not understand why the check was for $4,875 when in the letter stating the tax portion was $2,875 & to be payed through money gram or western union. The funny part about it it say's on the out side of the envelope FRAUD PREVENT IT & the letter which is a computer print out has the presidents name on it from the international lottery board. So i hope this help's others that thing they are getting something but are really getting RIPPED OFF & if you look at the back of the check where you sign it's in the middle of the check not on the left hand side of the check where most check's are at least whenever i have got any type of check. So if anyone get's something in the mail & thing that you are getting something or a good deal look in to it first.
