Fraud Alert: Tea Francais,

I recieved a email offer for a trail of tea francais teas for a fee of $2.00, the offer said to allow 10 business days to recive your samples and cancel at any time with no further obligation. This order was placed on Aug 27, 2009. It then went on to explain that if you like the sample and wished to keep recieving their tea that a shipment would be sent out approximately twice a month and you would be billed $38.95 per shipment. Before I even recieved the sample they charged my card an additional $38.95 on August 29, Sept 1, and two additional times after that which the last charge was on Sept. 8. I only recieved the samples which were not even what I ordered and when I went online to cancel on Sept. 3rd it referred me to a phone number. The message at the number stated leave a message for Seattle coffee co. and I thought I had the wrong company. I did call back on friday and left a message to call me and that I wanted a cancellation. I finally reached a live person tuesday sept 8, and the lady was very rude and claimed I had 5 shipments already shipped, including one that was going out today. I explained I had not recieved anything but the initial $2.00 order and demanded a refund. I am a heart patient with 16 medications a day, and am living on $864.00 Social Security disability, Their actions have thrown my account into negative balance for the first time and my bank said it could take awhile for the fraud report to go through, which means the bills I paid yesterday are going to bounce and There will be no money for Heart medicine, food, neccessities until all this is straightened out. While filing fraud charges at the bank the company called back and begged me not to file the charges stating that they would return 2 of the charges. I just laughed, Also the original email link is gone and the site they have up now has a totally different message. Please Buyer beware!
