Global Tea Direct This company ripped me off Evanston, Illinois

A $2.00 sample of tea turned into a $38.95 charge to my bank account. I signed up for this offer using Zynga via Facebook. I looked on the internet for this company, but came up empty. It does however, match the Global Coffee Direct company's information. I have no contact information for this company.
I will contact my bank immediately to halt any further charges from them. And also, try to get my money back.
This is a complete scam. DO NOT purchase anything from Global tea Direct. They will take your money and leave you with nothing to show for it.

Also scammed by this company

I found an ad through Facebook that was advertising an Iced Tea maker,
two flavor samples of tea, and free shipping for $2.00. I understood
that additional shipments would be sent for $38.95 after the initial
shipment.
I authorized the $2.00 charge to my account on 6/30/09. Although
there is nothing wrong with my account, Global Direct came back
stating that the payment was denied. (I have a screen print of this notice.) Thinking that I would not be able to get this deal... I went on my way.
However I am now being charged alot of money directly from my account.
$38.95 on 7/9/09 and another $40.00 on 7/13/09. I found this link where
another person just recently found the ad through facebook and is also being scammed by this company. I did call to speak to a supervisor and was told
they WILL NOT refund money.
Mark (telephone rep) - states that the $2.00 charge did go through, I
checked paypal and it did go through on 7/3/09. He said he was going
to email me a confirmation of that payment. I verified my email
address as slodden@ruggedwest.com and he agreed that is what he had.
I never did receive this confirmation via email.
Beverly - (supervisor on duty) - stated that they WILL NOT refund any
money, and would email me a copy of the agreement that I agreed to
when I placed my initial order. Email never arrived.
All together...
July 3 - $2.00
July 9 - $38.95
July 13 - $40.00
To this date, July 14, 2009 I have not received anything from Global
Direct. They have not given sufficient time to receive initial
shipment and try tea. I was okay with the program, I am not ok with
repeat billing in rapid succession.
You may email me, Sara, at my email cinnamon_n_spice97@yahoo.com if you would like to compile information. I will provide screen prints and any information I can get through my bank and paypal regarding this scam. These people need to be STOPPED.

After contacting the company, I was told to refuse the 2 shipments (I only ordered 1), and I would get a refund after they get the return.
I had to cancel my card with my bank to be sure they can not charge me for any more shipments.
I am also considering legal actions against them.
