Global Timeshares Sales Said they had buyer, charged credit card, no response started April,2009 Orlando, Florida

Contacted Global Timeshares about selling 2 timeshares in Florida. Was called March 30, 2009 and told by Bill Grant that he had buyers for both Timeshares. He needmy my credit card for a one time fee of $2050 for both timeshares. Was told to tell person who called to get credit card information that there was not a buyer.  Was told to give them 45-60 days for the process to be complete. Talked to Bill a few times to check on progress. Last time I called was told he had surgery and was out for a while. Next time I called they referred me to David Meadows. He told me they could not find the paperwork and to start the process again. Her also said he had a buyer ,gullible old woman that I am I took him at his word. Was charged $2050 again for some unknown reason. He gave ne a phone number to contact him at any time. The number is bogus. When I called the 800 number and asked to speak to him he called back and said he was having trouble with the number and thought he had called to tell me so. I told him I wanted to check to see how the sale was going and he said not to worry he would call if there was a problem. This was in September and now when I call they do not lnow David Meadows. Called this morning and got the number of the manager, Ben Palmer. Left a message for a call back, but so far no response. My grandchildren will not get anything from Grammy this year because of all this. I am a widow living on a fixed income and even a refund for the credit card charges would be very helpful.
