This so-callled professional delivery company can't pick up after themselves. They left many pieces of cardboard and packaging "peanuts" all over the parking lot and entrance to our surgical center. Besides being a disgraceful eyesore, the debris was a safety hazard to our staff and patients.

We asked the delivery crew to pick up the debris, and they refused. We spoke to management and they refused to send someone by to pick it up.

We receive 6 or more deliveries every day, and have never experienced such terrible service from any simoiilar company. Totally uninterested in providing any semblance of reasonable cusomer service.

Their attitude is " we delivered it-- the clean-up of our mess, made by our personnel, is now your problem."
