I was billed for an additional service I was promised to be free for the entire time of my having account with globat after one year.

More than a year ago I signed up for the hosting services because of the special offer they had that time: 10 free addon domains. That was the only reason why I decided to sign up.
Before signing up, I emailed globat with questions among which was this one: will these 10 free addon domains be free for the ENTIRE time of my hosting with globat or not? I had an email reply (from their sales rep: James Skipper) that YES it will be free the entire time of my hosting with them.
When the time for renewing these free addon domains came - I was warned that I will be billed... I again contacted globat and after LONG FRUSTRATING correspondence, another sales rep, I guess a senior one (Stephen Gonzales) finally agreed that I shouldn't be billed and said that "he upgraded me to another package for free and put a notice in my account that those 10 free addon domains are free for the entire life of my hosting account with globat". I calmed down and rested assured that all is clarified.
Then, recently I was billed $96 for these addon domains... I called them, and again had frustrating time explaining their special offer to them and another representative (don't remember his name because it was a phone conversation) confirmed that I was refunded this bill. I have all their emails!
About 2 weeks later I checked my bank statement and the money WEREN'T THERE.
I filed a BBB report and they didn't bother to satisfy my complaint even then. globat.com doesn't deliver what it promises: the hosting quality is terrible, the support sucks and most importantly they'll charge you for something they promised to be free (their special offers). Stay away from globat.
Summary: Special Offer fulfillment failure by globat.com: I was billed for what promised to be free. Had a very frustrating experience to prove them wrong, but no results...
