BUT, since your records STINK, you Probably did. (And Don't record it, Only the good ones go in your records.) You know, the ones that WONT make a stink.

What!! Chris, you don't think a 75 year old widow can have the name of Jesse? For your info, I am a 76 year old male victim of Globe's abuse and I have know at least five women with the name of Jesse in my life of over 3/4 century. At times they would have a second name like Mae, or similar, but not always. You need to clean up your rip-off sales personnel, instead of thinking about prosecuting a 75 year old widow that got ripped off by Globe. I am sure you would not win any court cases for what I already know about Globe, especially Joshh.

Fed-up

We moved with Globe Moving and Storage this past month and the BBB just emailed us this week saying they were investigating this company along with Midwest Vanlines in association with scams. We went with them because they were accredited but that obviously was a huge mistake. We had a similar problem as the woman above, and I have written about it on another post, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

The BBB shows this company she claims to have dealt with to be a BBB accredited business. However, the page you go to for details about the company has no rating and states the company's info is being updated.

It would seem very unlikely that a BBB accredited firm would pull this kind of mover crap, but the "updating" message is discomforting. Something going on the company would like to share with us?

       Also look at the complaint. The name at the top of the file is Jesse from Wayside NJ. The complaint says she is a 75 year old widow. I highly doubt that any 75 year old widow anywhere would have a mans name. Whenw e find out who has posted this they will be presecuted to the fullest.

       Hello my name is Chris I am the manager of the sales department at Globe Moving and Storage. I stumbled upon this review this morning and we did not move this customer. I checked our records and we havent moved anyone to Wayside NJ in 4 months. I have also checked our salesman Josh's reports on all booked jobs for 6 months and the highest overage is 21% due to the customer adding 65 extra boxes to he inventory list. We know beyond a shadow of a doubt this is another company posting bad reviews on us. If this is a customer please call me directly at 620-450-4718 and I personally will refund every dime of overages that you were charged. There are also other Globe Moving and Storage companies located in other states. We never charge our customers that way and our movers are clean cut, professional, and regulated to make sure things like this dont happen. Thanks
