After paying $24480 of $28,400 to GM Financial/AmeriCredit (62 of 71 payments),  my car was repo'd after midnight on 10/20/2012...the day payment #63 was scheduled.  Damaging my personal driveway.
No notice of intent was issued and no police were notified (even still), so we thought the car was stolen.
Despite sending a bank issued document showing all payments made for the past 18 months and an agent acknowledging that it appeared my account was current, I am being force to pay $2283 which includes the towing and $85 Admin fee to GRI Towing (not including towing) or I cannot have my car back that is 95% paid off.   They said they would send me a receivable report for me to compare my records to.  In july 2011, I confirmed with them that I was current and have sent that proof to them also.
Tried to get personal belongings from car ($1000 in xmas gifts...tablets, tv, clothes), but was made to wait until appointment could be made....adding onto storage fees.
