GMAC AUTO FINANCING ripoff GMAC auto financing Detroit Michagin

This company has a good scam going.
was notified in Dec of 05 that they would be charging me insurance for vehicle if I did not fax over to them my ins. info. mind you vehicle was bough in 03 used....ins co faxed info over. was told takes 4 to 8 weeks for paper to get corrected.

In the meantime, they have been charging my accoung 600 per month for their so called ins. even though I have my own.

It seems that even though I pay regularly they take my payments and apply them to the ins. premiums they say I owe. I have now asked my ins co. to fax over 3 diff times to verify I have ins. they still refuse to accept this. I am getting calls telling me monthly payments were not made..This is a scam for their ins. business. I am interested in anyone out there who is willing to file a class action lawsuit against them.

Why should it take them so long to correct their mistake?
I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and other company I can find.
